Welsh rugby star Ian Gough was charged with assault after an apparent altercation with former Miss Wales, Sophia Cahill, at the residence of pop star Dane Bowers. Bowers and Cahill are engaged.  Gough, who has been capped 64 times for Wales, currently plays for London Irish and has denied the charge.
