BMW Championship 2013: Ranking Top Contenders for Delayed Final Round

Steve Stricker, Brandt Snedeker, Zach Johnson and Tiger Woods round out the top five, and they're all within four strokes of the lead. A total of 11 groups are still waiting to start the fourth round, a process which is slated to start at 8 a.m. local time (9 a.m. ET), according to the PGA Tour.
With that in mind, let's take a closer look at the top contenders for the Monday finish. For a complete list of scores, visit the tournament's official site. It could be one of the most exciting days of the season with so many players in the mix.
1. Jim Furyk (-13)
Furyk is the favorite as he heads into the final round in sole possession of the lead. Yet his chances depend on which version of his game he brings to the course. In the first and third rounds, he was a combined one under par. But he fired a 12-under 59 in Round 2.
Unless scoring conditions have drastically changed following the weather delay, playing around even likely won't be enough to win. He needs to attack the course with the same type of confidence he did en route to that historic second round.
The good news is that he's playing really well as of late. He's earned four top-10 finishes in his last five starts, so that tremendous effort wasn't some type of fluke. Now, his first win of the season is just 18 holes away as long as he doesn't falter.
2. Brandt Snedeker (-11)
Snedeker is a streaky player and was in the midst of a cold spell entering the BMW Championship. He hadn't finished inside the top 30 in any of his last five starts, a stretch that included a pair of missed cuts. But he's bounced back in a maj...
