Novak Djokovic vs. Feliciano Lopez: Score, Reaction from 2016 Indian Wells

Djokovic continued his dominance over Lopez with his eighth win in nine matches against the Spaniard. In those nine matches, Lopez has won just three sets. None of them came on Wednesday night, though.
Advantages came to the player who was serving to start. In each of the first five games, the winner was the man serving.
Djokovic finally broke Lopez in the sixth game and took a 5-2 lead after the seventh. He wrapped up the set in the ninth with a 6-3 win.

Lopez managed to stay alive a bit longer in the second set as he limited his errors and had Djokovic on the run at times, as Tennis TV showed:
Lopez managed to save two double break points in the process, but Djokovic turned it on in the eighth set once again.
The world's best won the final two games and only allowed three points in the process.
Having won that match with relative ease, Djokovic now has an opportunity to rest even more with a day off on Thursday as he prepares for his quarterfinal match.
He will play either Dominic Thiem or Jo-Wilfried Tsonga on Friday, but with the way Djokovic played on Wednesday, it might not matter who is lining up across from him as he looks poised to make a run to the final.
