Bridgestone Invitational 2012 Leaderboard: Frontrunners Who Will Stay on Top

There are some familiar names atop the leaderboard after two rounds heading into the weekend, complete with Jim Furyk and Louis Oosthuizen, who have both come close to capturing majors this year.
Here's a look at the current leaders who will remain in contention at Firestone this weekend.
Jim Furyk
Place: First
Score: -11
Ever since his collapse at the U.S. Open, Jim Furyk hasn't been the same.
Until the Bridgestone Invitational.
Furyk has missed two cuts in his last four PGA Tour events, but he showed at the U.S. Open that he still has some left and is playing very well at Firestone.
Furyk backed up his 63 with a 66 on Friday and heads into the weekend with a full head of steam.
Louis Oosthuizen
Place: Third
Score:-8
Louis Oosthuizen has been very inconsistent this season on the PGA Tour. He has two top-10 finishes but he's missed six cuts.
Nonetheless, Oosthuizen played better in the British Open and he's on a roll at the Bridgestone Invitational.
Oosthuizen placed second at the Masters this year, so he certainly has the ability to win at Firestone.
Jason Dufner
Place: Fourth
Score: -7
Jason Dufner has played solid golf this year and he's ranked No. 8 in the world so far.
Dufner is coming off a rough performance at the British Open, but he's made 15 of 17 cuts on tour this year and he has six top-10 finishes, including victories at the Zurich Classic and the HP Byron Nelson Championship.
For the year, Dufner is ranked third in birdies per round, sixth in greens in regulation and 20th in driving accuracy, per ESPN.<...
