FedEx Cup Standings 2013: Top Golfers to Watch Heading into BMW Championship

Henrik Stenson won the Deutsche Bank Championship in Boston to vault to the top spot over Tiger Woods, who finished the same tournament in a tie for 65th place.
Masters Champion Adam Scott, who finished in the top five in two other majors this year, is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour this year and sits in third place.

This tournament is a crucial juncture in the FedEx Cup, as only the top 30 will move on to the final event, the Tour Championship.
Competition will be fierce for the players on the bubble, which means we could see a surprise winner this weekend. That said, these top golfers are more likely to come away with the victory.
Tiger Woods
After a couple of solid rounds at the Deutsche Bank Championship, Woods' game fell apart over the weekend, which led to his 65th-place finish.
As usual, his poor finish led to overreaction, but the sky is hardly falling when it comes to the No. 1 player in the world. As noted by the PGA Tour, Woods edged out Jason Dufner to win the Player of the Month award in August:
