Race to Dubai 2013 Standings: Updated Outlook After Turkish Airlines Open

Victor Dubuisson won the latest event by shooting 24 strokes under par, holding off an impressive leaderboard that included Tiger Woods, Justin Rose, Ian Poulter and Henrik Stenson. While this is the French star's first European Tour win of the year, it greatly affected the Race to Dubai Standings.
The victory puts Dubuisson into ninth place entering the final tournament of the season, up 40 spots from where he was last week.
Meanwhile, the action of the top remains extremely close after Rose was able to narrow the gap on current leader Stenson, according to Kelly Tilghman of Golf Channel:
Stenson heads into the final event with a 213,467-point lead, but the battle for the top spot is still very much alive. Here is a look at the top 10 entering the Dubai World Championships:
It is hard to quantify just how good Stenson has been in the past few months. After earning a top-three finish at both the Open Championship and the PGA Championship, the Swedish player earned the FedEx Cup title with a victory at the Tour Championship in September.
If this monster payday was not enough, he is now seeking another big bonus in Dubai as the leader of the European Tour.
Of course, Rose has also put together an excellent year, including a victory at the U.S. Open. Based on his third-place finish in Turkey, he is prepared to challenge for another huge win.
Additionally, experienced golfers like Poulter and Graeme McDowell will present quite a challenge at this loaded event. With Dubuisson and Jamie Donaldson also looking to build off momentum from recent success, anyone can truly win.
