Tiger Woods Begins His 2011 PGA Tour Season at Torrey Pines

Woods, now the number three ranked golfer in the world, looks to come back from a horrific season, not only on the golf course, but off it as well.
Woods' first tournament of his season for the past six years has been held at Torrey Pines, the former site of his U.S. Open victory outside San Diego, CA. I can't think of a better place for Woods to rebound and bounce back from a tumultuous off-season.
Woods probably has the same idea in his mind.
Why not start a new season and a course he has dominated over the course of his career. He has to instill some of that fire he lost the past year. He has to regain some of his confidence and emotion that led him to being hyped up to be the greatest golfer since Jack Nicklaus.
Woods has won each of the last five times he has played at the course. However, he has not played here the past two seasons due to his leave of absence and knee surgery.
2011 will be a big year for Tiger. It will be his second year since returning from his off the course scandal. Last year I think he was just trying to get his bearings straight again. He was not so much worried about winning yet. He was trying to remake himself as a golfer, and as a person.
This year should be promising for Tiger Woods. I see him getting back on track and we will see him start winning some tournaments; something he has not done since November of 2009.
Woods is ready to start winning again and claims he has worked hard this past off-season. He posted on his Twitter, "I've been working hard on my game, it's game time hooah!!"
Now, with all the baggage gone, Woods looks to have a good season here in 2011. I see him winning at least three tournaments, with one of them being a major.
