Bubba Watson shot a three-under 67 on Friday, posting four birdies along the way. Watson has a history of success at the tournament, winning in 2010 and placing second last year.
The 34-year-old has posted just two top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour this year and he's coming off a 32nd-place finish at the U.S. Open. He hasn't won on tour since capturing the Masters in April last year.
Patrick Reed is one of the surprise contenders after two days of action. The 22-year-old, who has just two top-10 finishes this year on the PGA Tour (while missing eight cuts), has an eight-under 132 so far. Reed placed 47th at TPC River Highlands last year.
