Andy Murray’s Return Game Must Be on Point to Defeat Jerzy Janowicz

Janowicz's serve-and-volley game have propelled him into the semifinals and the 22-year-old is sure to stick with what has gotten him this far on Friday. Fan Child's Chris Oddo, a tennis aficionado, lauds Janowicz's ability to understand and take advantage of his physical assets:
Janowicz and Murray have split their two previous meetings, but Janowicz took the most recent encounter.
He defeated Murray 5-7, 7-6 (4), 6-2 in Paris in 2012. In fact, Murray's win came over a far-less confident and experienced 18-year-old Janowicz during 2009 Davis Cup play. Murray has to realize the man he'll face on Friday is a different animal.
During this year's Wimbledon, Janowicz has overpowered his competition with an incredibly powerful, accurate and efficient first serve. Check out his first-serve statistics through the quarterfinals.
It doesn't appear as though Janowicz is getting any weaker, less accurate and—potentially worst of all for Murray—less confident. This could very well be the first of many deep Wimbledon runs for Janowicz.
He hasn't quite hit the prime of his career, but one notorious serve-and-volley legend, Pete Sampras, captured his first of seven Wimbledon titles just before his 22nd birthday.
Obviously it is too early to put Janowicz in that category, but the time could be right for him to make a statement.
While many may see Djokovic as Murray's biggest potential stumbling block toward winning his first Wimbledon, and ending his home country's 77-year drought at the tournament, Janowicz could be the banana peel.
