Wimbledon 2013: Last-Minute Predictions for Women’s Final

A series of upsets in the women's draw has set the stage for an intriguing ladies' final, which will pit 15th-seeded Frenchwoman Marion Bartoli against 23rd-seeded up-and-comer Sabine Lisicki.
Neither woman has ever won a Grand Slam, but Bartoli came close in 2007, falling to Venus Williams at this very stage. Will the 28-year-old finish the job on Saturday, or will this be the year Lisicki reaches her full potential at the All England Club?

Last-Minute Predictions
Lisicki Will Cut Down on the Errors
Through her first five matches in the women's draw, Sabine Lisicki had done a superb job of keeping her unforced error count low. But in Thursday's semifinal win over Agnieszka Radwanska, Lisicki committed a stunning 46 unforced errors.
A shocking number considering she had just 84 through five matches coming in.
On Saturday, look for the German to settle down and play a much cleaner match. Although errors are a guaranteed result of Lisicki's powerful and aggressive style of play, she made several silly mistakes against Radwanska, including some missed volleys that could have cost her.
It's also worth noting that all three of Lisicki's matches on Centre Court this summer have gone the distance.
